APISA's Mission Statement

 

Asian Pacific Islander Student Alliance (APISA) is a student initiated organization devoted to building a stronger Asian Pacific Islander (A/PI) community, by addressing issues concerning Asian Pacific Islanders in safe spaces. We strive to bring critical consciousness of historical and ongoing struggles in order to engage in dialogue and action regarding diverse educational, social, cultural, and political issues. APISA fosters student empowerment to unite through a collective process, to take action and support social change.
